Frankenstein and Laurence Fishburne Suspected as Models

MIAMI – After much hype and anticipation, the Miami Heat finally unveiled a statue meant to honor Dwyane Wade … except it doesn’t look like him. At all.
Fans gathered outside the Kaseya Center for the big reveal, expecting to see Wade immortalized in a heroic basketball pose. Instead, they got something that looks like a mash-up of Wade, Frankenstein's monster, a comic book supervillain, and Laurence Fishburne.
Social media immediately had a field day. One fan tweeted, "If Wade was resurrected by lightning, this would be accurate." Another wrote, "They nailed Wade’s intensity… and added about 500 volts."
Sculptor or mad scientist? Miami may never know. But one thing’s clear: it’s a monument that’s as legendary as it is horrifying.
